Hi Stephanie,
Been enjoying your blog and the helpful links. I realize some of us have mentioned the negative portrayals of bpd or even the lack thereof in terms of media, academia and pop culture. I saw these two UK news articles and thought your blog readers might find them to be of interest. Thanks again and keep on keeping on.

Hi Stephanie,
I really like your blog, and how you reach-out to so many people…
My reason for contacting you is because I work for a natural health company that makes a mood-support fish oil formula, called o3mega+ joy.
Developed based on leading research, it contains a proven dosage of EPA concentrate to improve brain function, including symptoms related to depression, BPD, SAD and anxiety.
We have a great campaign running currently, whereby users are invited to share something that makes them feel happy.
In-return, they are entered to win prizes,. Plus, we’ll donate 50 cents for every post we receive to the David Suzuki Foundation in order to support our oceans and fisheries.

My question for you is do you run banners on your sight? And would it be possible to post one to support our campaign?
If you could please let me know your fee and availability, that’d be great. Thanks in-advance and I hope to hear from you.
Warm regards,
Aurea
Hello, Friendly Colleague,
I found you online and would like to join forces. I am about to launch an online group named Megaphone and was doing a little background. I have a personal interest in your cause; too many of us have been affected by the ravages of mental illness. I have been affected both directly and indirectly at different times in my life. I also value respect and having permission to use your image I found on Google until I can have my own created for use with my online group (the brunette with the megaphone).
Then if you are further interested, I invite you unite with my cause…explain on the phone. (Have you ever read the Bob Burg book the Go-Giver?) The bigger picture and vision is uniting to fight for others and raise the quality of life on our planet. Banded together whenever possible to spread the word, we can do more good than one does alone. The world would be an even better place in my humble opinion if we all helped each other more. Please email me if you are interested, and I’ll send you my phone number so we can chat. I would like for a short time to use your photo, and I didn’t want to infringe on your intellectual property/copywrites, etc. I will soon have a cartoon icon made that is similar to yours but features me in a sanitized wonderwoman-esque character suit (so I don’t infringe on DC Comics either)…shown shouting into a microphone.
Best of success, and I hope to hear from you,
Micheleigh (Wonder Woman on a Mission…Maybe I should call myself “Megawoman”????)

Hi,
Have you seen the recent LA Times article? looks like it is already popular among readers. Do you think it is pretty balanced and helpful?
